Camping Pod & Shepherds Hut e-Gift Vouchers are available for any number of nights for up to two occupants in one of our cosy pods or huts. As we are open all year round this makes an ideal gift for any occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or just a romantic surprise.

How to order a voucher...

... complete the form on this page, choosing a Shepherds Hut, Standard Pod or Snugglewood Pod - our pod with toilet. You can also choose to add bedding hire if you wish.
If you know the dates* you would like for your stay fill in the appropriate boxes, otherwise the dates will be left for the recipient to choose and book at their convenience.

*Dates are subject to availability. Your voucher dates will not be booked until you receive confirmation.

Redeem TH Voucher

How the vouchers work.

We will send you a unique voucher by email, personalised with the name of the recipient, a personal message and details of who the gift is from.

You can then email or print the voucher for the recipient.

To redeem a voucher, the recipient simply fills in the booking form quoting the voucher number and adding the date/s of their choice.

Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

Fixed Date Vouchers

If you want a date for a special day, e.g. birthday or anniversary, we can book this date and print it on the voucher, ensuring that the special date is held.

Bedding charges
Standard pod: £30 per stay.
Snugglewood (pod with toilet): 2 night minimum £30 per stay.
Shepherd's Hut: 2 night minimum £30 per stay.

E-voucher Information

Vouchers are available for a stay in a Camping Pod or Shepherds Hut for a maximum of two occupants.
Extra days can be added at the time of booking subject to availability.
Vouchers are valid for up to nine months from the date of purchase.
If a particular date is required e.g. birthday or anniversary, we can book this date and supply a personalised E-voucher, ensuring the special date is held.
It is not necessary to book the date(s) of the stay when the voucher is purchased, but it's advisable to book as soon as possible to secure the required dates.
The dates of a stay can be booked and the stay taken at any time before the voucher expires. Dates are subject to availability.
Vouchers and cancellations can not be refunded.
Single-night vouchers are available from Sunday to Thursday (not including bank holiday weekends).
The minimum stay at weekends is two nights (except bank holiday weekends).
The minimum stay over bank holiday weekends is three nights.
All voucher nights must be taken before the expiry date. No vouchers can be used or re-booked after the expiry date. If altering a voucher night, the stay must be taken before the original expiry date
